Federica Zirotti

Federica Zirotti is an accomplished professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as Sr Manager of Global Talent & Leadership Development Programs at LivaNova since March 2024. Previously, Zirotti held the position of Talent & Development Lead at TeamSystem from June 2020 to March 2024, and worked at Baker Hughes from July 2017 to June 2020 as HR PMO and Leadership Development HR Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at GE Oil & Gas as Organization and Talent Development Analyst, and various HR positions at GE Capital and GE Healthcare. Zirotti completed a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Università Bocconi and has furthered education with degrees from the Norwegian School of Economics and Georgetown University.
