Jason Bowser has over 18 years of work experience. Jason started their career at Curtiss Wright Controls as an Industrial Engineer in 2002. After that, they worked at Medrad where they held various roles including Resource Leader, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Manager - Technical Support. At Medrad, they successfully executed capital investment and continuous improvement projects and reduced material handling and transportation costs. In 2011, they joined Bayer as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Director of External Manufacturing. At Bayer, they led new product introduction and life cycle engineering projects, managed supplier selection and negotiations, and reported to senior management for funding appropriations. Since 2018, Jason has been working at LivaNova as the Senior Director of Operations and Site Leader. In this role, they oversee manufacturing, service, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, quality control, and facilities management. Jason has led the transformation of operational processes, resulting in a major increase in production.

Jason Bowser obtained a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University between 1997 and 2002. Jason then pursued an MBA in Business at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 2003 to 2006.
