Kellie Gent

Kellie Gent has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kellie currently works as an Executive Coach at Cresco Executive Coaching and as the VP of Employee Experience HR at LivaNova. Prior to these roles, they held several positions at GE, including Operations Director for HR Shared Services in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, Operations Director for HR Shared Services in Europe and Russia, Chief Operating Officer for GE Capital's UK specialty mortgage lender, and Head of Collections and Litigation for GE Capital. Before working at GE, they held various collections management roles at different companies.

Kellie Gent obtained a BA in Business Admin from Northumbria University from 1991 to 1994. Kellie then pursued a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School in 2020, followed by an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from the same institution from 2020 to 2025. Kellie also holds additional certifications such as a Student Membership from the Association for Coaching (AC) obtained in 2021 and an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation obtained in 2020.
