Nataliia Ushkevych

Nataliia Ushkevych has held a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2012. Her most recent position is People Partner & Project Coordinator at Livatek, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Public Relations Specialist at Shell from 2016 to 2022. During their time at Shell, they were responsible for co-developing and implementing the country's reputation strategy, communication and stakeholders' plans, building and maintaining a network of key external stakeholders, and representing the company in external associations. Nataliia also served as Personal Assistant to the General Director. From 2016 to 2017, Nataliia Ushkevych was a Project Manager at DEC, where they were responsible for the PRO Camp International Conference. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Cadogan Petroleum plc as Personal Assistant to the CEO and Receptionist. As Personal Assistant to the CEO, their responsibilities included ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, assisting in organizing internal meetings, registering and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating mail/courier/drivers services.

Nataliia Ushkevych received their Master's degree in Geography from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2012. In 2016, they completed an educational program called "E-Platform for Neighborhood" from the College of Europe in Natolin, which included e-learning courses and F2F workshops.
