Dustin Schwarz

Dustin Schwarz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dustin started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2007, where they held various roles including Operations Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. During their time there, they were responsible for facility operations, leading a team, and implementing Six Sigma projects.

In 2013, Schwarz joined SlopeJet Leasing as the Director of Operations. There, they developed processes and a global team to handle rapid growth and achieved annual revenue of over $1 million before the company was acquired by The Rainmaker Group.

Following that, they joined The Rainmaker Group in 2015 as the Director of Operations. In this role, they managed a cross-functional, international team and significantly increased the size and revenue of the Intelligent Lead Management (ILM) products.

In 2017, Schwarz moved to RealPage, Inc. as the Director of Product and Operations, Intelligent Lead Management. Dustin led various teams, including product development, implementation, support, and account management, through a competitor acquisition. Dustin later became the Senior Director, Product Management, with P&L responsibility for multiple CRM and leasing products.

Most recently, Schwarz joined LivCor, a Blackstone Company, in 2022 as the Vice President, Operations Platform.

From 2003 to 2007, Dustin Schwarz attended Iowa State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
