Erik Loedding

Erik Loedding is an experienced professional in multi-family construction management with over 26 years of expertise. Currently serving as Vice President of Capex Operations at LivCor since July 2015, Erik specializes in asset preservation oversight. Prior to this role, Erik was a Capital Project Manager at Post Properties from August 2011 to July 2015, overseeing capital improvements across 61 properties and managing a ten-year capital expenditure plan. Erik also held the position of Capital Project Manager at Equity Residential from November 1997 to August 2011, where responsibilities included budgeting and crisis management for local properties, handling an average of 120 to 165 projects per year with a significant annual budget. Erik's career began in the US Navy, serving from July 1986 to March 1994. Erik is an alumnus of the University of North Georgia.
