Michael Natale

Michael Natale, LVT, is a seasoned professional in veterinary medicine and talent management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Veterinary Medicine Advisory Council Member at SUNY Delhi and a Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager at Veterinary Emergency Group, Michael guides team members to foster personal and professional growth while overseeing talent hiring for medical support staff. In addition to these positions, Michael holds several teaching and advisory roles, including Teacher of Veterinary Medicine at Nassau BOCES and Adjunct Instructor at Hofstra University. Michael's past experience includes running the ER department at Long Island Veterinary Specialists, where responsibilities included directing case management and training staff. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics from Farmingdale State College and is pursuing graduate work in Education at Russell Sage College.
