Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Live Earth

Katie Qatato has a wealth of experience in the customer service and product management fields. Katie began their career in 1999 as a Sales Consultant for Tucker Rocky Distributing/Biker's Choice, where they managed a customer base of 80-90 dealers, promoted sales, and analyzed pricing and contracts. Katie then moved on to become a Customer Service Representative, working in the company's corporate call center providing customer support to dealers and outside sales force. In 2018, Katie became a Product Manager for Doskocil Manufacturing - d/b/a Petmate, where they were responsible for driving strategy to support fiscal plans for assigned categories and developing new fabrics and materials while negotiating pricing to optimize margins. In 2020, Katie joined IVR Technology Group as a Client Relationship & Development Specialist, where they were responsible for growing client relationships with the company's voice and text automation solutions. Most recently, in 2023, Katie became an Enterprise Account Executive for Live Earth.

Katie Qatato obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Administration and Planning from the University of North Texas between 1999 and 2005. Katie also obtained a degree in Emergency Preparedness, Mitigation, Response, Recovery, HazMat, Wildland Fire, and Public Administration from the same university during the same time period.
