Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar began their career in 2004 as a Purchase Coordinator at Researchco Group of Companies in New Delhi. In 2007, they moved to CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED as a Credit Associate Operations, where they were responsible for preparing credit appraisals, adhering to the company's credit policies, and coordinating with regional units and headquarters. In 2008, they joined JK Group of Institutions as Registrar Administration. In 2011, they joined Fidelity National Financial India as a Trainer and Lead Operations, where they were responsible for leading the Title Insurance Policy Operations team for the US region, as well as new business transitions and process development. In 2015, they joined Vrinda Global as a Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for key account management for leading global conglomerates. Finally, in 2022, they joined Live Eye Surveillance - Powered by Dire Surveillance Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Global Operations, where they were responsible for spearheading the global operations from offshore site in India, managing business operations, technology, and HR functions with a team size of 100+ FTEs, and strategic management.

Manoj Kumar has a diverse educational background. Manoj completed a High School degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Himalaya Public School, Karnal in the years 1998-2000. Manoj then obtained a Diploma in Library and Information Science from Vaish Technical Institute, Rohtak in the years 2001-2004. Manoj went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration (Hons.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University in the years 2004-2008. Most recently, they completed a PGDHRM in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in the years 2017-2018. Additionally, Manoj Kumar has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in the years 2020 - Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Recruiting Talent with Social Media, and Strategic Human Resources.
