Ali Harnell

Ali Harnell serves as the Global President and Chief Strategy Officer of Live Nation Women and Live Nation Entertainment since March 2019. Harnell established a new division focused on intersectional gender equity within a $20 billion global entertainment organization, overseeing operations across 40+ countries and leading a dedicated team. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at AEG Presents from 2004 to March 2019, where Harnell was instrumental in driving strategy and growth as Senior Vice President of Global Touring, achieving significant revenue increases. Harnell began a career in the live entertainment industry with Clear Channel Entertainment, contributing to Nashville's reputation as "Music City." Harnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Foreign Language from American University.
