Daniel Lanigan

Daniel Lanigan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, finance, and venture capital. Currently serving as Vice President, Legal at Live Nation Entertainment since August 2022, Daniel has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. As a TechGC Charter Member since January 2021, Daniel contributes to the technology legal community. Previously, Daniel held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Surfline\Wavetrak, Inc. from January 2021 to December 2022, and worked in corporate finance and restructuring at Hogan Lovells for over a decade. Daniel's early career includes involvement in NATO policy at the U.S. Department of State. Daniel earned a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and attended the University of Glasgow.
