Keana Smith

Keana Smith, MSHRM, currently serves as a Senior Specialist in People Programs at Live Nation Entertainment since October 2021, after previously holding roles as Onboarding Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as People and Culture Specialist and People Coordinator at Soylent, and as a Staffing & Recruiting Clerk at Six Flags. Keana's career began with roles at BMW and Walt Disney World, where foundational skills in guest services and operational management were developed. An Office Manager at the University of the Pacific, Keana honed leadership abilities and communication skills. Additionally, Keana gained experience as an Economic Development Intern at the City of Pasadena and as an Intern with the Council of State Governments. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Pacific.
