Laura Altherr is an experienced professional in ticket operations and customer service within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Box Office Manager for Live Nation Entertainment at The Fillmore Detroit and previously at Ak-Chin Pavilion and Isleta Amphitheater, Laura has a strong background in managing ticket sales and operations. Prior roles include Director of Ticket Operations for the Arizona Coyotes, and various positions at the Chicago Wolves, Lake Superior State University, Toledo Walleye Hockey Club, and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Laura began the career path in customer service at Walmart and gained experience in event planning during an internship at the Wood County Historical Museum. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Event Planning from Bowling Green State University.
