Paulo Ilustre

Paulo Ilustre began their professional career as a Business Analytics and Optimization Intern at IBM in 2011. Paulo then joined Veeva Systems as an Associate QA Engineer and later became an Associate Software Engineer, where they developed REST API endpoints and built UI pages. In 2015, Paulo served as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at Baleeq, leading a Junior Software Engineer and providing training and feedback. Paulo later moved to Zeatrr as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, leading a team of Junior Software Engineers and contractors to develop a mobile application. At Ticketmaster, Paulo held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineer I, where they led automated email and push campaigns, and Lead Software Engineer, responsible for supporting corporate sponsorships and initiatives. Currently, Paulo works as a Lead Software Engineer at Live Nation Entertainment, leading engineering efforts for the Fan Based Marketing and Engagement Marketing teams, designing and building integrations using Java.

Paulo Ilustre has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering with an Emphasis in Computer Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Paulo has also completed coursework towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam. Paulo Ilustre obtained their high school diploma from Hong Kong International School.
