Suzanne C. has extensive experience in venue management and event operations within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as General Manager at House of Blues Chicago since September 2018, Suzanne is responsible for revenue generation, leadership development, and overall venue success. Prior roles include General Manager at House of Blues San Diego, Director of Music Hall Operations at House of Blues Dallas, and Assistant General Manager at Masonic Cleveland. Previous experience encompasses community development management at American Cancer Society, race direction for Susan G. Komen Northeast Ohio, and production coordination with MagicSpace Entertainment. Initially, Suzanne gained operational expertise as a Company Manager at institutions such as The Old Globe and Sundance Institute. Suzanne holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Arts Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
