Tom Allison

Tom Allison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, operations consulting, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of New Ventures at Live Nation Entertainment since June 2021, Tom previously held multiple senior positions at ZX Ventures from September 2015 to June 2021, including General Partner and various leadership roles focused on strategy and investments in technology and beverages. Prior consulting experience at McKinsey & Company from August 2013 to August 2015 involved strategy and operations across diverse sectors such as consumer goods and aerospace. Tom began a career in the military, serving as Ground Force Commander at the 75th Ranger Regiment and the 4th ID from May 2006 to August 2011. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Operations from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Management, Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
