Rashida Parrish-Atkinson

Rashida Parrish-Atkinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as VP-PMO (Senior Technical Project Manager) at Live Oak Bank since October 2022, Rashida leads multiple programs in collaboration with C-suite executives and senior leadership. Prior to this role, Rashida held various positions at Cox Communications from April 2017 to October 2022, progressing from Business Analyst II to Senior Technical Project Manager. Rashida's earlier career included roles at Kaiser Permanente as a Workforce Analyst and at The Coca-Cola Company in several workforce analysis and operational positions. Rashida's foundational experience began at The Ritz Carlton as an Assistant Manager. Rashida earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Valley State University, graduating in December 2022.
