Teresa Toth

Teresa Toth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Copper Storage Management since June 2022, Teresa oversees various teams and develops strategies to enhance the customer experience. Previously, Teresa held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, focusing on growth strategies and educating leads on self-storage management products. At Live Oak Bank, Teresa progressed from a Marketing Analyst to Lead Qualification Specialist, where responsibilities included executing lead campaigns and training teams on marketing tactics. Teresa also gained early experience at Braddock Commercial Real Estate Services, LEWIS PR, Financial Times, and Hysteria, along with a Master's degree in Strategic Communication from Washington State University and a bachelor's degree in Communications from George Mason University.
