Courtney Lofland

Courtney Lofland is an experienced program manager currently overseeing the Momentum program at Live Your Message since May 2022. As a co-owner and operator of Rogue Vineyards, a boutique vineyard and hobby farm near Asheville, NC, Courtney contributes to agricultural entrepreneurship while also having previously held significant operational roles. Notably, as Head of Operations at The Dharma Circle from September 2020 to June 2022 and as Senior Operations Manager at Crisp Video Group, Courtney led critical operations, marketing implementation, and team coaching efforts that supported substantial revenue growth. Additionally, during the tenure as Director of Operations at Afterburner, Courtney collaborated with the executive team to develop operational action plans and successfully managed a global team of executive consultants across numerous engagements.
