Bruce Hanson

Bruce Hanson currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at LiveCo since August 2024. Prior to this role, Bruce held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at ASM Global from October 2019 to September 2024, and served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SMG, focusing on legal functions for public venue management. Bruce's earlier legal experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel at ARAMARK, Partner at Duane Morris LLP, and Associate positions at Eckert Seamans and Harvey, Pennington Ltd. Bruce earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs/English from Lafayette College.
