MacKenzie Hynard

Mackenzie Hynard currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at LiveHeats, having progressed through several roles including Customer Success Manager and Customer Operations Lead since May 2021. Prior experience includes event management at Summer Of Surf and various positions at BMD Northcliffe Surf Club, where responsibilities ranged from bartending to serving as Lifesaving and Education Coordinator. Prior to these roles, Mackenzie worked as a Professional Ocean Lifeguard for both the City of Gold Coast and Wollongong City Council. Additionally, Mackenzie held a position as a Packaging Specialist at The BMS Group. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from the University of Wollongong.
