Jason O'Neill has held various roles in the business world since 2001. Jason began their career as a Regional Operations Manager at Weeds, Inc. in 2001. In 2005, they moved to UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where they served as a Product Marketing Manager and Operations Manager. In 2012, Jason joined Kepner-Tregoe as the Head of Operations, North America. Jason then became the Head of Global Training Services and the Director of North American Marketing and Inside Sales. Jason'smost recent roles have been as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at LiveHelpNow and HelpSquad, respectively. In these roles, Jason has been responsible for providing omnichannel support software, leading business development and sales enablement teams, launching digital product offerings, managing lead generation and customer support tools, and more.
Jason O'Neill completed a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University from 1997 to 2001. Jason then went on to obtain an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Drexel University from 2009 to 2011. Jason also holds certifications from Acuity Institute, American Management Association, and Kepner-Tregoe, including a Change Management Professional (CMP) in 2016, Certificate of Completion in Successful Product Management in August 2014, Process Facilitator in April 2014, Program Leader: Problem Solving and Decision Making in May 2013, Project Management in September 2012, and Problem Solving & Decision Making in August 2012.
