Abby Hamilton

Abby Hamilton is the Chief People Officer at LiveIntent. Prior to this, they were with Undertone for five years, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for headcount management, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, HRIS, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, organizational change, succession planning, internal communications, policy development, immigration strategy and legal compliance. Abby was also a member of the Undertone Executive Leadership Team, responsible for influencing and supporting key strategic and operational decisions.

Before their time at Undertone, Abby was with LiveIntent, Inc. in a variety of roles. Abby started as Director of Talent, where they were responsible for the development and deployment of Talent processes/standards, including Talent Acquisition, Career Pathing/Career Coaching, and Talent Management plans. Abby then pivoted to Director of Human Resources Business Partner, working alongside the Chief Revenue Officer and sales/sales support VPs to define workforce strategy and operational plans from acquiring top talent to managing for success throughout the life cycle of the employee.

In their most recent role at Undertone before becoming Vice President of Human Resources, Abby was Senior Director of Global Talent Management. In this role, they led a high performance global talent acquisition and talent management team while providing coaching, development and guidance on how to effectively target, influence, and engage top prospects and employees.

Abby Hamilton has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from PennWest Edinboro.

Abby Hamilton reports to Matt Keiser, CEO. They work with Brett Pinegar - COO & CFO, Adam Berkowitz - Chief of Staff & SVP, Corp Comms, and Jason Oates - Chief Business Officer.
