Mike Wallach, also known as Wally, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mike (Wally) began their career in 2008 as a Mac Expert at Apple, where they provided technical support, sales, and exceptional customer service. From 2010 to 2016, Mike worked as a self-employed audio engineer and video producer, creating content for various media projects.

In 2014, Mike joined Left Right as an IT Support specialist, where they provided on-site tech support for a production facility, including account provisioning, desktop support, inventory management, and service desk troubleshooting.

In 2016, Mike joined S'well as a Senior IT Specialist, where they supported a rapidly growing team of 120-130 users, researching and implementing enterprise platforms while standardizing employee computer hardware. Mike (Wally) later took on the role of IT Infrastructure Manager, responsible for system administration, network infrastructure, and onboarding/offboarding procedures for 95-100 users.

Most recently, Mike has been working at LiveIntent, Inc. since 2020. Mike (Wally) started as an IT Manager, overseeing IT operations and supporting employees through hardware and software upgrades. Mike (Wally) has since been promoted to the role of Director, IT, where they guide the strategy for adapting, upgrading, and improving technology platforms while coordinating with vendors and resellers.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated their expertise in IT management, infrastructure support, vendor coordination, and adapting to new industry tools and standards.

Mike (Wally) Wallach pursued their education from 2006 to 2010 at the School of Visual Arts. Mike (Wally) earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Film/Video, specializing in Directing/Producing.
