Jana Kinsey

Jana Kinsey is an experienced professional in the impact and legal sectors, currently serving as the Portfolio Director at the Livelihood Impact Fund, which aims to improve the lives of the global poor. Kinsey also leads the Impact Lab at LIF, focusing on support for early-stage livelihoods organizations. As a Co-Founder of Inherit Your Rights, Kinsey advocates for women's property and inheritance rights in Tanzania. Previously, Kinsey held senior roles at the Dovetail Impact Foundation and AfricAid, Inc., contributing to human flourishing and empowering young girls, respectively. Earlier career experiences include positions at the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals and other notable organizations. Kinsey holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
