Steve Lehman

Prior to Lively, Steve was General Counsel for Vidyo, a global video communications technology company, where accomplishments included migrating the business model from deployed software and hardware sales to a cloud-service offering. Before Lively, Steve served as SVP & Chief Counsel, Corporate/M&A and in similar roles for the global news and financial information company Reuters Group PLC and then the Financial & Risk Division of Thomson Reuters (now known as Refinitiv), heading a legal team responsible for significant transactions, as well as handling SEC filings, public communications and US-related governance issues for Reuters. After a year clerking for a Federal District Court judge in New York, Steve began his legal career as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Steve received his B.A. in computer science from Dartmouth College and his law degree from Columbia University.
