Chris Woltermann

Chris Woltermann is a highly experienced professional in process development, currently serving as the Global Process Development Manager at both Rio Tinto and Arcadium Lithium since 2025 and 2024, respectively. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Livent, starting in October 2018 following its IPO after separating from FMC Corporation, where Chris also held managerial roles. Chris’s extensive background at FMC Corporation, dating back to 2000, encompasses overseeing process development for the Lithium Division, product and technology management, and contributions to the Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals Industries. Prior roles include Research Chemist positions at Great Lakes Chemical Corp and Exciton. Chris holds a PhD in Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Dayton.
