Amber Brannon

Amber Brannon has a diverse work experience in the property management and operations fields. Amber began their career as an Assistant Property Manager at Providence Investments, where they worked from January 2013 to July 2015. Following that, they joined MyHomeSpot.com as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent from July 2015 to September 2019. During their time at MyHomeSpot.com, Amber gained expertise in managing properties and facilitating lease agreements.

In 2019, Amber joined Dune Vacation Rentals as a Property Manager, where they oversaw and coordinated guest services, housekeeping services, and maintenance for a portfolio of 13 luxury rental vacation homes in Seaside, WaterColor, and Seagrove, FL. Amber also liaised directly with guests, managing their needs and addressing any concerns. Additionally, Amber handled revenue and property value concepts for property owners.
