Adam Jones

Adam Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and performance management. Currently serving as Director and previously as Senior Conversation Analyst at LivePerson since November 2019, Adam has held various analytical and managerial roles across prominent organizations. Adam's prior experience includes a tenure at Santander UK as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where responsibilities spanned from January 2014 to November 2019. Earlier roles include MI Performance Manager and Account & Client Support Manager at Ant Marketing, as well as multiple leadership and analytical positions at Bright Finance Ltd, RBS Insurance, and GE Capital. Adam began the educational journey at John Smeaton Sixth Form College from 1993 to 1995.
