Daniel Kerwin

Daniel Kerwin is an experienced professional in software development engineering and client engagement, currently serving as Director of Software Development Engineering at LivePerson since July 2011. Daniel has held various leadership roles within LivePerson, including Global Lead for Data Productivity and Analytics and Regional Lead for Consulting Services. Prior to LivePerson, Daniel worked at Salmat from February 2005 to July 2011 as a Business Analyst, overseeing strategic initiatives with significant commercial impacts, and also held positions as Pricing Analyst and Area Manager in a contact center environment. Daniel holds a Diploma of Contact Centre Leadership and multiple customer contact certifications from STARS and Customer Contact Solutions.
