Lauren Durfee

Lauren Durfee has extensive experience in customer success and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Head of Strategic Initiatives for Customer Success at LiveRamp since December 2014. Lauren has held various roles at LiveRamp, including Head of Customer Success for Strategic and Media Alliances and Chief of Staff for the Brand Sales Team. Prior to LiveRamp, Lauren worked at West Marine, starting as a Sales Associate and advancing to General Manager, where responsibilities included educating customers on high-tech boating products. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland, completed in 2007.
