Hannah Sweeney

Hannah Sweeney is an experienced professional in venue operations and event management, currently serving as the Head of Venue Operations at Liverpool City Council since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sweeney held various positions at the London Borough of Hackney from April 2017 to June 2022, including General Manager and Venues & Event Manager. Sweeney's career began at the House of Commons as an Events & Banqueting Coordinator (September 2014 - April 2017) and included a role as a Premium Service Ambassador and Cabin Crew at British Airways (March 2012 - August 2014). Early experience includes working as an Events Coordinator at The Isla Gladstone Conservatory (December 2010 - February 2012), where Sweeney was responsible for client engagement and event planning.
