Graham Handley has worked in various positions in Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Direct Limited. Graham started their career in 1998 as an IT Manager at Liverpool City Council and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they joined Liverpool Direct Limited as an ICT Project Manager and then became a Senior ICT Project Manager until 2015. In 2015, they returned to Liverpool City Council as a Senior ICT Project Manager.
Graham Handley completed their secondary education at Bridgefield High School from 1974 to 1981. Graham then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography at Coventry University from 1981 to 1985.
