Shayla Clifton

Shayla Clifton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical writing and management. Currently serving as Writing Team Lead and Senior Technical Writer at LVT (LiveView Technologies) since January 2022, Shayla has also held the positions of Technical Writer and Document Specialist at Grōv Technologies from June 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant for Professional Development at the David O. McKay Library at BYU-I, where responsibilities included customer care and the development of training programs. Shayla's career began at XCITE SATELLITE, L.L.C. as Sales Support Manager, where management and training of a sales support team was pivotal. Shayla Clifton earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2019.
