Rachel Gould BSc (Hons) has extensive experience in health improvement and community mental health services, currently serving as a Specialist Health Improvement Practitioner at Livewell Southwest since September 2015. Previous roles at Livewell include Health & Wellbeing Practitioner and Advanced Health Improvement Practitioner/FUSE project Co-Lead. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Health Care Assistant at Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust from June 2006 to October 2010, where responsibilities included supporting outpatient clinics and assisting in a multidisciplinary team. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Health and Social Care Studies from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2014, and also undertook studies at The Cornwall College Group in 2011.
