Paul Turner

Paul Turner serves as the Executive Director of People & Communications at LiveWest since January 2024, overseeing a team of 1,700 employees in managing over 40,000 homes in the South West of England. Previously, Paul held interim roles as Head of HR for Europe and UK&I, and HR Project Manager at Nisbets. As HR Director at Princess Yachts from February 2018 to June 2023, Paul was an Executive Board member responsible for HR and Learning & Development for 3,200 employees. Notable contributions include participation in the UK Shipbuilding Skills Taskforce and chairing the Employment & Skills Board at Plymouth City Council, focusing on strategic employment and skills initiatives. Earlier experiences include HR leadership roles at Refresco, Gregory Distribution, Flybe, and AgustaWestland, with expertise in HR management across various sectors. Paul holds a Chartered FCIPD qualification attained between 2007 and 2009.
