Sam McGinley

Sam McGinley is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in vehicle engineering and electrical systems design. Since October 2022, Sam has been serving as the Lead Vehicle Engineer at LiveWire. Prior to that role, Sam worked as a Staff Electrical Systems Design Engineer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from July 2021 to October 2022. From December 2013 to September 2021, Sam held the position of Engineering Technical Lead at BRP, overseeing marine steering and hydraulics projects, and subsequently served in various engineering roles, including Engineering Lead and Development Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Polaris Industries, Oshkosh Corporation, and CUNA Mutual Group, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
