Cindy Jansen

Cindy Jansen, MBA has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2002 as an Employment Specialist at St. Coletta of Wisconsin, Inc. After that, they worked as an HR Representative for Independent Care Health Plan from 2005 to 2006, then as Director of Human Resources for Wisconsin Health Fund from 2006 to 2005. In 2012, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources & Diversity at KS Energy Services, LLC and in 2014 they became the Director of Human Resources at Trusted Media Brands, Inc. (formerly Readers Digest Association). Since 2017, they have been a Facilitator and Coach at Living As A Leader and a Director of Client Acquisition & Implementation, Facilitator and Leadership Coach.

Cindy Jansen obtained their Masters of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in 2005, majoring in Business. Cindy previously obtained a Sociology degree with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2000. In 2016, they also obtained their Train-the Trainer certification from Living As A Leader.
