Living Branches
Matthew Golden is a Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Living Branches since November 2022. Previously, Matthew served as a Lead Counselor at the YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties, where daily activities were designed for campers to ensure a balance of fun and structure. Matthew also held the position of Student Success Program Leader at the YMCA of Bucks County, leading students in virtual learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and addressing their academic concerns. As a Lead YMCA Abilities Camp Counselor, Matthew ensured compliance with COVID-19 guidelines while fostering effective communication with campers and parents. Earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources at bakerly, where Matthew maintained HR files and assisted with onboarding and payroll processes. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services with a minor in Political Science from Rowan University, completed in 2022.
