Joan F. Springs, MBA has held a variety of roles in the development and administrative fields. From 2014 to present, they have been the Assistant Director of Development at Living Cities, where they have leveraged their expertise to lead the Salesforce redesign project, manage the grant proposal/reporting process, and ensure accurate tracking of funder/grantee engagement. Prior to this, they were the Senior Associate, Grants & Contract Management at Living Cities from 2007 to 2014, where they created and streamlined the Contracts, Grants, Pledge Management process for the entire organization. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Consultant at The Bronx Lebanon High Bridge Woodycrest Center, where they provided administrative support to the Executive Director and updated the facility's Emergency Preparedness Disaster Manual. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, they were the Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Split Rock Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, where they provided support to the senior level executives, recruited and supervised staff, and managed vendor contracts.

Joan F. Springs, MBA received their Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Criminal Justice from CUNY - JOHN JAY COLLEGE.
