Kendra Clow

Kendra Clow has a long and varied work history. Kendra began their career in 2003 with the Bancroft Theatre Guild as a Design, Production & Hospitality Crew, where they worked as a director, graphic designer, backstage manager, actress, and hospitality manager. Kendra also designed posters, programs, and other promotional material using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw. In 2004, they joined Laugh Lines Theatre Company as a Production & Hospitality Crew, working as an usher, backstage manager, onstage, and hospitality manager. Kendra was also responsible for organizing and managing different aspects of the production of shows and customer relations. In 2005, they joined the Bancroft & District Chamber of Commerce as an Information Center Representative, where they were responsible for customer service, cashier, reception, inventory control, filling, packaging & mailing. Kendra also addressed customer concerns and provided satisfying solutions in a professional manner. In 2010, they joined the University of Waterloo as a Research Assistant and Library Assistant. As a Research Assistant, they organized and maintained a schedule of participants for various psychology studies using SONA and personally interviewed participants in psychological studies. As a Library Assistant, they created a database of art slides for professors and students. In 2011, they joined Statistics Canada as an Enumerator, conducting in person and telephone interviews, collecting data and surveys for the 2011 Census. In 2012, they joined Highlands Media Arts and Haliburton County Folk Society as a Youth Social Entrepreneurship and Marketing Intern, where they were the Marketing Committee Chair and Concert & Events Lead. In 2013, they joined SPARC: Symposium for Performing Arts in Rural Communities as a Co Events Producer and Hosting Partner, where they were the Social Media Branding & Content Manager, Producing a series of concerts and entertainment events, and Co-Director of the Youth Arts Symposium. Finally, in 2014, they joined Living Libations as Chief Strategy Officer, Director Of Communications, and Public Relations Manager.

Kendra Clow is currently enrolled at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they are studying Business Analytics. From 2009 to 2013, they attended the University of Waterloo, where they earned an Honors BA in Fine Art & Psychology. Prior to that, they obtained an OSSD from North Hastings High School.
