Steve Vogel

Steve Vogel has over 35 years of experience in aquarium management and zoological operations, currently serving as the Director of Zoological Operations at Loveland Living Planet Aquarium since December 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Curator of Husbandry Operations at Monterey Bay Aquarium from February 2005 to September 2015, General Curator at South Carolina Aquarium from June 2000 to September 2004, Associate Curator at The Florida Aquarium from February 1995 to June 2000, and Aquarist at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from February 1988 to February 1995. Steve Vogel holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Florida Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 1983 to 1985.
