Candice Henderson is the Customer Success Manager at Living Security. Candice has extensive experience in leadership development program management and preparing internal & client reports. Candice also has experience in creating customized onboarding & training processes, managing & coordinating the development & implementation of a coaching management SaaS, operating as a SME for AIIR’s software application portfolio, and supporting AIIR Operations and Marketing through strategy, planning, event management, and customer service. Prior to their current position, Candice was the Director of Client Success at AIIR Consulting. Before that, they were a Product Advocate at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company and a Biomedical Sciences Student Scribe at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Candice Henderson has a Master's degree in Biomedical Science with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Candice also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport and Exercise Science from DeSales University. Candice started their educational career at Lehigh Carbon Community College where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) and Arts (A.A) in Chemical Technology and Liberal Arts.

Candice Henderson reports to Mark Collura, Chief Revenue Officer. They work with Leah Firestone - Customer Success Manager, Chelsey Mowbray - Account Executive, and Chris Ducey - Account Executive.
