Brendan Francis

Brendan Francis is a Project Manager at Livingston Associates since April 2023, previously holding various roles including Estimator II, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer at Pike Construction Services from July 2015 to March 2023. Brendan has extensive experience in leadership within Toastmasters International, serving as Vice President Education, Vice President Public Relations, Area Director, and Club President for the Pinnacle Toastmasters Club. Prior experience includes working as a Construction Inspector for Lake County Engineers and as a Traffic Engineering Intern. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Lakeland Community College.
