Mark Pel

Mark Pel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Livingstone since June 2022, Mark co-founded the Benelux branch in Amsterdam, focusing on deal origination and financial sponsor coverage. Previously, Mark held the position of Investment Director at Active Capital Company B.V. from February 2018 to January 2022. Prior roles include Associate Director of M&A at PwC Nederland, where involvement in the Private Equity and Business Services teams occurred, and various positions at Oaklins Netherlands, where Mark gained significant experience in mid-market M&A transactions. Mark began their career as an intern at ABN AMRO and worked as a Student Recruiter at Young Executive Recruitment. Mark’s academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Value Management from the University of Groningen.
