Akihiko Nakashima

Akihiko Nakashima serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Impact Innovation Japan LLC, focusing on achieving carbon negativity by 2030 and creating 100 Climate Giga companies. In addition, Nakashima holds the position of Strategic Advisor at LivNSense GreenOps Private Limited, where the unique CO2 Benchmarking & Optimization technology is being developed to address greenhouse gas emissions. As an investor and judge for the Silicon Valley Syndicate Club, Nakashima supports Seed and Early-stage ClimateTech startups globally. Further advisory roles include strategic positions at VMO Japan and Trusted Corporation. Previously, Nakashima founded Office Naka, focusing on early-stage startups, and was a founding member of e-Hope LLC, which developed educational products leveraging blockchain and AI. Before entering the entrepreneurial sphere, Nakashima was the Vice President of Currency Options Sales at Goldman Sachs, where notable sales achievements were recognized. Educationally, Nakashima has completed certifications in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge and has attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
