Swayam Arora is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in building and optimizing data systems. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Data at Livspace since November 2020, Swayam focuses on fostering a data-driven decision-making culture and enabling analytics infrastructure for product teams. Prior roles include Lead Data Engineer at Gameskraft, where Swayam architected a centralized data warehouse and developed ETL pipelines, and Technical Specialist at WarpDrive Tech Works. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Developer at ET Marlabs and Software Engineer at Happiest Minds Technologies, contributing to the design and implementation of a Contract Management System. Swayam holds a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC Bangalore and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Government Engineering College, Bikaner.
