Kim E. Hansen

Kim E. Hansen is an experienced Leadership Coach and Consultant with a strong background in organization and talent development. Currently involved with LIW - Leadership, not just leaders since May 2015, Kim facilitates leadership excellence and professional development through coaching sessions tailored to the needs of clients. Prior experience includes a role as Learning & Development Manager at Actelion Pharmaceuticals, where Kim co-facilitated a high potential leadership program, and as a Global Learning and Development Consultant at Medtronic CardioVascular, managing innovation seminar series for a global audience. Kim holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dominican University of California.
