Danielle Oade

Danielle Oade is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Leader/Sr. Manager HR Business Partner at LIXIL since August 2021, Danielle supports employees and executives in the Commercial Organization, contributing to the development of water technology products. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at Samsung Electronics America from April 2015 to August 2021 as a Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included guiding HR processes and creating employee resource groups, notably WISE (Women in Samsung Electronics). Danielle also led the Corporate Social Responsibilities initiative at Samsung, which involved structuring guidelines for the Solve for Tomorrow Contest. Educationally, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from Montclair State University and a certification in Special Education from New Jersey City University.
