Mai Iwai

Mai Iwai is an experienced leader in talent management, learning, and development, currently serving as the Head of Global Talent, Learning and Career COE at LIXIL since October 2021. Iwai has previously held significant roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Head of Global Learning and Development and Head of Talent Management for Japan, Asia & Africa. Earlier career positions include leadership roles in learning and development at Dell, Credit Suisse, EY, and HP. Iwai holds a BA in Economics and Development Studies from the University of London.
